Dad of 2, and a former ship driver. Mortgages are JD’s 3rd career. After 10 years in the Navy, an MBA and then 10 years in Corporate roles and startups most recently running a national Hotel Operation for a Real Estate Technology startup, Kasa living. JD shifted his focus to Mortgages since his primary passion is Real Estate and supporting others to attain wealth through Real Estate. As an investor with over 20 buildings and a small property management company, JD has been on ‘the other side of the table’ from Lenders many times, and believes as a Lender he can add value for his clients beyond just the Loan itself. JD continues to invest in Multifamily Real Estate in the Chicago area, but his largest career goal is personally getting 500 Veterans into Multi-Family Real Estate Investments.
